Capacity Building Workshop on Quality Assurance Control and Evaluation of Teachers Effectiveness
On the 7th July 2024, JAP-F had organized quality assurance control and evaluation of teacher’s effectiveness: implication for students’ academic performance in Islamiyyah, primary and secondary schools was approved and commenced by Zanklex consultant limited to undertake a 12-month capacity building programme (CBP) for Paki Premier Academy in Paki.
Component of this project:
To improve the administrative and operational structure of the school activities
To support staff to be active in their job role
Promote the effective use of resources for the purposes of advancing education
Objectives of the Programme were to:
The aim of the capacity building programme was to train and direct staff in modern pedagogical skills and practice.
Train the staff on differentiated instructions
Developed lesson plan and use of scheme of work
Train and direct staff in curriculum development and instructional methods
Train and direct staff in the fundamental concepts and application of guidance and counselling to achieve quality result
