Capacity Building Workshop on the Role of Traditional Rulers at the Grass Root 

Level On the 27th and 28th March, 2021. JAP Foundation had organized 2 days capacity building workshop, to educate 250 participants including Village Heads, Secretaries, Ward Heads and District Heads Office staff.

• Community Relation and Law Abiding - By Malam Bala Lawal Ulama’u Gangarida;

• Government. Non-Governmental and Community Development Programs - By Salisu Aminu Kakeyi;

• Importance of Meetings and Reports Writing - By Alhaji Buhari Aliyu Idris (wakilin Ayyukan Zazzau).

Capacity Building Workshop on Quality Assurance Control and Evaluation of Teachers Effectiveness

On the 7th July 2024, JAP-F had organized quality assurance control and evaluation of teacher’s effectiveness: implication for students’ academic performance in Islamiyyah, primary and secondary schools was approved and commenced by Zanklex consultant limited to undertake a 12-month capacity building programme (CBP) for Paki Premier Academy in Paki.  

Component of this project: 

• To improve the administrative and operational structure of the school activities 

• To support staff to be active in their job role 

• Promote the effective use of resources for the purposes of advancing education

Objectives of the Programme were to: 

The aim of the capacity building programme was to train and direct staff in modern pedagogical skills and practice. 

• Train the staff on differentiated instructions  

• Developed lesson plan and use of scheme of work  

• Train and direct staff in curriculum development and instructional methods  

• Train and direct staff in the fundamental concepts and application of guidance and counselling to achieve quality result
